Purchase an Admission Voucher:
Applicants need to purchase an admission voucher for GH₵350.00.
The voucher can be obtained from any branch of Consolidated Bank Ghana Limited.
Alternatively, applicants can use the short code *924*8# on all mobile networks to buy the voucher using mobile money wallets (MTN Mobile Money, Vodafone Cash, AirtelTigo Money, Zeepay Mobile Money, GCB G-Money, and Glo Money).

Receive Key Information:
- Upon payment, applicants will receive;
- A Personal Identification Number (PIN)
- An Admission Application Serial Number,

Visit the College Admission Portal:
- Go to the College Admission Portal: https://admission.coeportal.edu.gh/cardlogin.aspx
- Supply your card (voucher) information and keep the card safe for subsequent login.
- Select ‘Login’ to start applying.
Fill the Application Form:
Provide all the required details and attach a passport picture (in JPG or JPEG format, not exceeding 40KB in size).
Use the ‘Preview’ button to edit or modify your application if needed.

Print and Submit:
