In an impactful meeting held at the Gloriaka Hotel, inside Winneba, Mrs. Nikiel Winston, the Founder, President, and CEO of Healthy Life Global Sportsplex, met with the Healthy Life Global Handball team in Ghana on April 19th, 2024.
The purpose of the meeting was to provide motivation and inspiration to the team and to outdoor the chairman of the club, Mr. Kojo Duodu as well as the technical team.
During the gathering, Mrs. Nikiel Winston emphasized the importance of determination and hard work in achieving success.
She reminded the players that success does not come easily and often involves overcoming failures, setbacks, and even moments of depression. However, these challenges ultimately build strength and resilience.
Mrs. Winston went on to discuss the two sides of success – the rough and the smooth.
She explained that the rough side entails facing obstacles and hardships, while the smooth side promises an easy path to success.
However, she cautioned against pursuing the smooth side, as it is often built on lies and dishonest means, ultimately leading to an unsustainable outcome.
The team coaches also shared their own life experiences and attributed their success to their determination and unwavering commitment.
They stressed the importance of discipline and hard work, encouraging the players to adopt these attitudes not only in sports but also in all aspects of their lives.
The engagement concluded with a question-and-answer session, during which the players had the opportunity to seek clarification on various topics.
Mrs. Nikiel Winston patiently and thoroughly addressed all the questions, ensuring that the players gained valuable insights and guidance.
Expressing their heartfelt gratitude, the players extended their appreciation to Mrs. Winston and the coaches for the enlightening engagement.
They pledged to implement the lessons they had learned and committed themselves to pursuing success in their chosen field of sports.
