As part of the 2nd Annual Founder’s Day Celebration and Public Lecture On Friday, 11th March 2022, The SRC of Komenda College of Education, under the leadership of His Excellency Magnus Edward Awortwe(O. P) together with his resolute Executives, the Deputy Ministerof Education, Honorable John Ntim Fordjour and the ranks and file of Methodist Church Ghana (Cape Coast Diocese), Noble Professors from highly ranked universities in Ghana officially Commissioned two new projects by the Students’ Representative Council.
The projects were a two-face Notice Board and a 17-seater spacious TATA FORCE 2022 MODEL Bus.
The mini bus which is fully an air-condition bus has an engine capacity of 2.6. It also has a charging slot on the side of each seat. .
The bus was specifically donated by the SRC to the College to be used by both students and tutors for Supported Teaching in Schools (STS) and Out Program segments Supervision by Tutors and supervisors.
His Excellency Magnus Edward Awortwe( O.P) said, the SRC is very optimistic that the bus, would go a long way to mitigate the challenges students go through with regards to STS and Teaching Practice.
