The management of Berekum College of Education has announced vacancies for non-teaching staff positions.

Stores Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Ordering, keeping, and maintenance of stock
- Stock-taking, preparation of estimates
- General correspondences
- Store-landings and insurance claims
- Expeditious handling of loss and damage cases
- Application and interpretation of stores regulations
- Supervision of subordinate staff
- Any other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management/Procurement Management or equivalent
- Higher National Diploma in Purchasing and Supply or equivalent qualification
- At least four years of experience as a Stores Assistant in a College of Education or similar institution
- Demonstrated high sense of responsibility and integrity
- Computer literacy and familiarity with relevant stores software

Driver Grade I
Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Transport Officer in managing the Transport Section
- Driving a vehicle according to the license held
- Ensuring adherence to driving rules and regulations
- Maintaining the cleanliness of vehicles
- Overseeing repairs and maintenance of the College’s vehicles
- Any other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Driving License, minimum of License D
- At least three years of continuous and satisfactory service as a Driver Grade 1 in a College of Education or similar institution
- GCE ‘O’ Level/SSSCE/WASSCE Certificate is an advantage
