The Upper Primary Education Students Association (UPESA) of Komenda College of Education has organized an immensely successful health walk and aerobics event.
This activity aimed to prioritize the well-being and happiness of its members, focusing on their overall health was held on the 29th of July, 2023.
The event commenced within the premises of the college, as participants gathered together before taking to the streets of Komenda.

The walk spanned through the principal street of Komenda and concluded back at the college. Upon returning, the members enthusiastically engaged in an invigorating aerobics session led by skilled college cadets.
Master Albert Appiah Mensah, the President of UPESA, spoke with enthusiasm to Coleman Publications about the association’s decision to prioritize the health aspect of their members.
He emphasized that UPESA has a myriad of goals and responsibilities, and starting with the health aspect allows them to keep their members active and motivated for the tasks that lie ahead.

Mensah expressed deep appreciation to all the members who actively participated in the health walk, making it an unforgettable and memorable experience.
