Technical and Vocational Education and Training(TVET) is one of the areas attaining further ground under the leadership of Very Reverend Dr. Kwesi Nkum Wilson, the Principal of Komenda college of education.
Dr. Wilson believes in helping to build educated, skilled, and confident students ready for the modern workplace and students who can start their businesses after college.
Just recently, the Agriculture Unit held a tractor operation and servicing workshop for the students reading B.Ed Agriculture in the College. This brought a lot of enlightenment to the students as they can operate and work on a tractor.
The Home Economics Unit is also set to hold a fashion show, an exhibition, and a food bazaar on Thursday, 13th October 2022.
The programme which will be held at the College’s Home Economics Block will showcase varieties of indigenous and foreign culinary all prepared by the students.
This event is to serve as a platform for the college community to enjoy and celebrate the artistic impressions of students and the Unit.
Given that, the Unit is therefore calling on everyone to come and experience, witness, and have a taste of delicious meals as well as the latest fashion and designs in the market today at exactly 10 am.
