Scam Alert: GCB Warns Customers Nationwide of Fake Verification Process via Mobile App

GCB Bank PLC has issued a warning to its customers nationwide about a fake verification process circulating on social media.

The fake information claims that customers need to get validated on their GCB mobile app for safety and convenience accessibly and that an agent from the office will contact them for complete validation.

In response, GCB Bank PLC has released a statement to inform its customers that the information is fake and was not initiated by the bank.

The statement urges customers to remain vigilant and notes that GCB Bank is not conducting any customer verification processes through the Mobile App.

The bank has also provided official contact information for customers to use if they have any doubts or concerns.
