Enchi College of Education has launched the ENCHICOE Student Registration Portal (ESRP), a new software solution designed to simplify student registration process.
This move eliminates the need for long queues at the college’s accounts office.
The ESRP allows students to register online, saving significant time and effort.
Through the portal, students can check their fee balance, view their dining hall table assignment, register for a hall of residence and bed, and print a receipt after registration.

The ESRP also incorporates an attendance tracking feature to ensure students are physically present on campus before completing their registration for the semester.
According to college officials, this system reflects Enchico’s commitment to innovation and student convenience.
By embracing technology, Enchico is creating a more efficient and accessible learning environment.
The system was developed by Mr. Ronald Andoh-Kwaw and Mr. Desmond Jefferson at the request of the Acting Principal to improve the college’s reopening arrangements.

Future planned features of ESRP include online publication of CA scores, appraisals, and an integrated learning management system.
