The Seventh-Day Adventist Education Unit is seeking qualified candidates for the role of Regional Manager in the Western North, OTI, and Upper East Regions.

Requirements for Applicants

To be considered for the position, applicants must meet the following criteria:

1. Graduation from a Professional Teacher program (Masters Degree is preferred).

2. Current position as a Deputy Director in the Ghana Education Service (GES).

3. Minimum three years of experience in one of the following roles:

   – Deputy Regional Manager or Unit Head in the Regional SDA Educational Unit

   – Assistant Headmaster/Mistress of a Senior High School

   – Senior Housemaster/Housemistress of a Senior High School

   – Head of Department of a Senior High School

   – Headteacher of a Basic/Junior High School

4. Willingness to serve for at least four years before reaching the mandatory retirement age of 60.

5. Active membership and good standing in the Adventist community.
