Teachers who complain of lost points can verify the number of points they have earned from training programs on their “Training records” page.
For every training program organized by a CPD Service Provider of which the participant has been marked as present and received points, a record is created for accountability.
Steps to follow
Follow these steps to check if the total credit points tally with what you have on your teacher’s home page:
- Log in to your teacher portal
- Go to “Training records”
- Click a record that has a “✅” or “Processed” indicated on it.
- Check the number of points you earned from there and note it down.
- Go back to the “Training records” page and do the same for all other “✅” or “Processed” records.
- Sum the total points you noted down. This should be the same number as indicated on your home page.
- If you attended a training program but do not see a record for it or see that you have been marked as absent, please get in touch with the CPD Service Provider. You may have submitted the wrong details such as an email address or telephone number to them during the registration for the program.
