TTAG Volta Sector Addresses Recent Incidents at Jasikan College of Education

In response to the recent events at Jasikan College of Education in Jasikan, the Teacher Trainees’ Association of Ghana (TTAG), Volta Sector, has issued a statement expressing their grave concern.

In their statement, the leadership of TTAG assured the Student Representative Council of the college and the general public that they are taking all necessary steps to engage the various authorities and stakeholders involved in order to ensure that the issue is resolved amicably.

They emphasized their commitment to finding a peaceful resolution and ensuring the well-being and safety of all individuals involved.

While they work towards a resolution, the association has called on everyone to exercise caution and restraint, urging them to refrain from any actions that may exacerbate the situation on the campus.

Furthermore, the leadership of TTAG has specifically admonished all level 300 students at Jasikan College of Education to remain focused on their studies and prioritize their ongoing exams.

They encouraged them to stay glued to their books and take their exams in a peaceful and harmonious manner.
