Every year Tertiary Institutions have Students’ Representative Council elections. This is performed to elect a body that is meant to look after students’ interests and plays a role in bringing student issues to management.
And Wiawso College of Education is set to have a new crop of student leaders for the 2022/2023 academic year.
With nomination forms already sold out, the nominees for the various portfolios are set to meet the Electoral panel set by the college for vetting.
Notice from the Electoral Commission highlighted that the vetting will commence today, August 15, and ends on August 17, with each day and ring of aspirants to be vetted.
Nominees are hereby admonished to adhere to the directives for effective and successful exercise by the commission.
