Komenda College Practice Basic school was established in 1979 as a demonstration school for Komenda College of Education in the central region.
Prosper Baidoo, a basic five(5) student of the school has manufactured a car using papers, bottle tops, mosquito coil stands, and a solar panel.

Interacting with Coleman Publications on 29th July, The student explained that, he wants to become a renowned Engineer in Ghana to help solve some pertinent problems confronting the country.
The 12 years old student likes operating on machine parts since his childhood till date.
The Deputy Head of the School, Madam Monica Arthur explained that Prosper Baidoo likes creation and working on machines.
She further stated that academically Prosper is not that sound, but when it comes to practicals and demonstrations no one can take it from him.
Prosper is a very creative and skillful student who is always ready to invent new things. He has created airplanes, torch lights, and others using papers and other materials. Prosper can repair radio and TV as well”, Madam Monica added.
Madam Monica Arthur has appealed to the government and other stakeholders to support Prosper to become a renowned Engineer in Ghana and across the globe.

Prosper Baidoo, whose parents are mainly traders also wants support from any benevolent, philanthropist to achieve his future goal.
