The Ghana National Service Authority (NSA) has announced the monthly allowance payment schedule for service personnel, following the recent disbursement of stipends for October, November, and December 2024.

This new schedule provides detailed steps to ensure efficient and timely payment of allowances.

Starting from the 10th of each month, service personnel are required to download the necessary forms.

They have until the 15th to get these forms signed and stamped by their supervisors—a critical step to avoid payment delays.

From the 16th to the 20th, personnel must complete biometric attendance verification and submit their signed forms.

This verification is essential for confirming active participation in the National Service program.

The NSA will conduct the approval process between the 21st and 25th, followed by data verification from the 26th to the 30th, ensuring that all submitted information is accurate.

Payments are scheduled for disbursement from the 1st to the 5th of the following month. This systematic approach aims to minimize delays and streamline the allowance payment process.

The NSA has warned that failure to complete biometric verification or obtain the required supervisory stamp will result in the forfeiture of the allowance for that month.
