The Nduom School of Business and Technology (NSBT) has held its first graduation and third matriculation ceremony.

During the event, the founder and Chairman of the Governing board, Dr. Papa Kwesi Nduom, fulfilled his promise to the first eight students of the institution by gifting each of them $1,000 upon their graduation.

The graduating class, which consisted of 25 students, including eight females and 17 males, showcased exceptional academic achievements.

Among them were two first-class honours, 12 second-class upper, nine second-class lower, and two third-class honours.

Originally, Dr. Nduom intended to provide the students with seed money to start small businesses while still studying.  However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, this plan was disrupted.

Speaking at the graduation ceremony, Dr. Nduom stated, “That did not happen, so today after you receive your degree, each one of you, the eight students, will receive $1000 in cash.”

Dr. Nduom also advised the graduates on the significance of perseverance, valuing every opportunity, and maintaining the friendships formed during their time at NSBT.
