On Tuesday, 16th May 2023, the Komenda College of Education received a generous donation of 20 ceremonial chairs from the old students of the school, specifically KOSA 1972/1973.
The donation was made as part of the “Operation Fill the Robert Mensah Complex Hall with 1000 ceremonial chairs” project, which aims at providing comfortable and durable chairs for formal occasions in the school.
Mr Joseph Rockson Bentil KOSA 85, an esteemed member of the project committee, led the donation exercise. Ms Victoria Aba Mensah, KOSA 1993, Ms Sophia Cobbinah, KOSA 1995 and Ms. Michealina Obosu, 2004, were also present to represent the 1972/1973 year group.

The esteemed group conveyed its unwavering support to the management of the school and its determination to help in whatever way possible to improve the stature and reputation of the school.
The Principal, The Very Reverend Kwesi Nkum Wilson (PhD), along with other management members of the school, received the donation with gratitude. The Principal expressed his heartfelt appreciation to KOSA 1972/1973 and assured them that the Komenda College of Education Management would take good care of the chairs.
Furthermore, the Principal made a promise to maintain the goodwill and name left behind by KOSA 1972/1973 by improving the school’s performance and public perception.
