College of Education Online Application Procedure:
Payment – Bank / Mobile Money Option:
Applicants can make a payment of Three Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH₵350.00) into the Colleges of Education, Ghana Account at any branch of the Consolidated Bank, Ghana (CBG) Limited.
Alternatively, applicants can make payment through mobile money wallets: Tigo Cash, Vodafone Cash, Airtel Money, and MTN Mobile Money by dialing short code *924*8# from all networks.
Receive Key Information:
Upon payment, applicants will receive the following key information:
- Personal Identification Number (PIN).
- Admission Application Serial Number.
- Admission Website Address: https://admission.coeportal.edu.gh

Complete the Application Form:
- Select your 1st, 2nd, and 3rd choice of three Colleges of Education in order of preference for your program of study.

- After completing the online application form, print a copy. Attach one passport photograph and copies of your results slip(s) (where available).
- Send the printed application form and attachments by EMS priority envelope obtainable from Ghana Post nationwide, addressed to: The Principal of your first College of choice.
Notification:
- Applicants will be notified of the receipt of their applications by SMS (text message). Therefore, provide a correct and reliable mobile phone number when completing the application form online.
- Applicants will also receive admission offer notifications by SMS. If you do not receive such notifications, it means your application was not successful.
