The 1994-year group of Holy Child College of Education has celebrated their 30th anniversary with a heartwarming reunion culminating in a significant donation to their alma mater.

The alumnae marked the occasion with a special thanksgiving mass service held at the Bishop John Martin Darko Auditorium on Sunday, February 16th, 2025.

Led by their president, the group gathered to reminisce and reaffirm their commitment to the institution that nurtured their early careers.

The highlight of the celebration was the presentation of a brand new 55-inch television to the college.

“We felt it was important to give back to Holy Child,” said the year group’s president. “This college laid the foundation for our careers and lives, and we want to ensure that future generations of students have the best possible learning environment.”

The Principal of the college, Dr. Francis Hull Adams, expressed his profound gratitude for the generous donation and the ongoing support from the 1994-year group.

“We are immensely grateful for the unwavering unity and dedication of the ‘94-year group,” he stated during his address. “Their contributions, including donations of all kinds, are invaluable in enhancing the college’s academic environment and resource development.”

The highlight of the celebration was the presentation of a brand new 55-inch television to the college.

He further added, “This donation, like their past acts of generosity, will go a long way in enriching the learning experience of our students. It serves as a powerful example of the enduring bond between alumni and their college.”
