The people of Susanna Wesley Auxiliary(SWUMA)- United Methodist Church-USA, are multi-generational bodies of Christ.
They connect with God and their neighbors through spiritual practices such as worship, study, serving, share, and most importantly giving.
The organization on Thursday 28th July 2022 awarded eight (8) students from Komenda College of Education an amount of GH¢500.OO each to defray some of their fees.

This came after the Students’ Representative Council for the College, led by Mr. Magnus Edward Awortwe wrote to the organization about the hardship students go through in payment of their fees.
Susanna Wesley Auxiliary(SWUMA) responded and has decided to come to the aid of such students.
The Chaplain for the College, Reverend Wilson Kotei Klotey asserted that the organization is poised of bringing more sponsorships and scholarships to needy but brilliant students of the college.
“This is just the beginning of greater things; more sponsorships are yet to unfold from the Susanna Wesley Auxiliary(SUWMA) -the USA, he added.

Speaking at the presentation, The Vice Principal for the college, Mr. Theophilus Kweku Bassaw noted that, He is impressed with the students selected for the award as they were students owing a chunk amount of fees.
He later admonished the beneficiaries to study hard and pray to God on behalf of the organization. Mr. Theophilius Kweku Bassaw also expressed his profound gratitude to the Susanna Wesley Auxiliary, the USA for such a kind and timely intervention.
“We are thankful to you (Susanna Wesley Auxiliary-United Methodist Church, USA) for your support at these critical moments in the lives of these students. We are humbly appealing for more sponsorships as students need assistance in the college, he concluded.
One of the beneficiaries, Patience Aba Koomson, who spoke with Coleman publications thanked the organization on behalf of the eights (8). she stated that what they have received will bring some relief to them.

“Most of us lost our sources of support when we enrolled at the college, this has brought a lot of challenges to us in terms of payment of fees.
We are grateful to Susanna Wesley Auxiliary for the support. We ask for more assistance from them as the majority of students are owing huge sums of money” she stated.
