Following the release of the 2024 West African Senior High School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) results, the University of Education, Winneba (UEW) has announced an extension of the application deadline for the 2024/2025 academic year.

Expressing her unwillingness to accept lower offers, she added, "I don't think I will settle for GH¢ 2,000…2,000 is below... as a degree holder, maybe some 4k won't be bad," indicating that she considers GH¢4,000 a more appropriate starting point for someone with a university degree.
