The Victorious Hall of Komenda College of Education has won the Inter-Hall Choral Competition held by the College as part of its 75th-anniversary celebration activities.
The programme held on Tuesday, March 7, 2023, at the college complex hall had all four halls participate – Illustrious, Formidable, Indomitable and Victorious hall.
Dignitaries
The Principal of the College, Very Reverend Kwesi Nkum Wilson (PhD), the Vice Principal, Mr Theophilus Kweku Bassaw, The College Secretary, Ms Constance Afriyie,The College Chaplain, Reverend Wilson Kotei Kotey, The Quality Assurance Officer, Mr. Prince Mark Kwamena Eghan, Deans, HoDs, Teaching and Non-teaching Staff of the College and other Dignitaries and Well-wishers graced the competition.
The Choir Master, Mr. Bright Essel made it known in his address that, the program was specially organized to thank God for his guidance and protection over the college for the past 75 years.
He also dedicated it to the Principal, Staff, and everybody who has contributed to the success of the college over the years.

The competition chaired by Mr Herbert Bedu-Addo had three Adjudicators in the persons of Mr Bright Essel, Mr Ekusiah and Mr Twumasi from OLA College of Education.
As the Chief Adjudicator, Mr Twumasi outlined the rules of the competitions with his expectations from the four (4) choirs.
Position And Performace
Each Hall performed three songs. Undoubtedly, Victorious Hall carried the day with 77 points based on the rulings of the Adjudicators. Below is the result table;

In his closing remarks, the chairman, Mr. Herbert Bedu-Addo stated he was overwhelmed by the wonderful performances from the various choir, adding that, the program has been one of the best Choral competitions he has witnessed so far. He thanked the adjudicators for the yeoman’s work.
