The reason why the weather is getting colder in this period is because of a phenomenon called aphelion. Aphelion describes the furthest the Earth is to the Sun.
The Earth is farthest from the Sun (aphelion) roughly two weeks after the June Solstice.
At the moment of aphelion, the Sun will be over 94 million miles away (measured center to center), or over 3 million miles farther as compared to when the Earth is closest to it (perihelion).
The phenomenon which started on July 7 is expected to end on August 22. It’s said that this year will be colder than the previous years.
It is a phenomenon we cannot see but we can feel its impact.
We will experience cold weather more than the previous cold weather, which will have an impact on flu, cough, shortness of breath, etc.
However, we are encouraged to increase our immunity by drinking lots of vitamins or supplements to stay strong.
