The much-anticipated book launch by Master Magnus Edward Awortwe has finally taken place.
The event, which was held on 16th September 2023 at the Robert Mensa Complex Hall, Komenda College of Education, was a grand success.
The book titled “Living for a Greater Cause” attracted a large audience, including dignitaries and well-wishers from various backgrounds.
The launch was chaired by Very Reverend Kwesi Nkum Wilson(Ph.D), who is the principal of Komenda College Of Education.
In his opening remarks, Dr. Nkum congratulated Magnus for his achievement and encouraged him to keep pursuing his dreams.
The event was filled with inspirational messages and soul-touching music from seasonal ministers who lifted the spirits of everyone present.
Sharing his insight on the book’s themes and chapters as the Guest Speaker, Dr. Francis Hull Adams, Principal Of Holy Child College of Education applauded Magnus for being able to put his thoughts into a book adding that the book is a must-read book.
“With his preoccupation of drawing men to Christ through writing, he deserves commendation”, he asserted.
Dr. Adams stated that after spending time reading the book, he would recommend the author to dream of writing a Volume 2 as there are a lot of deep insights revealed in the book that can still be ‘expanded’.
He also called on the youths and all present to keep challenging themselves as it is only through that they can discover the meaning of life.
The unveiling of the book was nicely done by all the dignitaries present with all grabbing a copy at a quoted price.
Dr. Francis Hull Adams ended his insight into the book by applauding Reverend Kwesi Nkum Wilson(Ph.D) for allowing the author to express himself and even use the school facilities for the launch.
In his closing remarks, Dr. Nkum stated that Komenda College of Education is an institution that develops and nurtures students’ talents.
Adding that, the college allows students to explore and exhibit their God-given talents and Graces and that is why its students are shining everywhere.
He also expressed his gratitude to all the dignitaries and students who attended the event. He acknowledged the time and resources they had invested in making the book launch fruitful.
The event was a huge success, and everyone left feeling inspired and motivated. Indeed, “Living for a Greater Cause” is a must-read book for anyone who wants to live a life of purpose and meaning.
