There are a lot of Award schemes in the system currently. And the pathetic aspect is that all are targeted at students and the youth.

It’s well known all come with a voting system but without clear-cut rewards and benefits for Winners at the end of the day.

Any award scheme which cannot boldly outline the rewards, benefits, and opportunities made available for its participants at the end of the event is a fraud. They are in for your money.

I don’t call winners of such schemes “Awards winners”, I call them ‘Awards buyers’.

Yes! the rich will always win even though he/she doesn’t deserve it.

Be very careful when participating in such award schemes.

It’s better to save your little coins for tomorrow than use them for votes casting with the hope of winning.

What if you don’t win, will you get your money back?

Imagine Voting an amount of GH¢1000.00 as a student and later couldn’t win?

What provisions will the scheme put in place for you? If nothing then wise up.

You will see a lot of media partners and sponsors on their flyers.

They are all just fabricated to lure you into believing the scheme is authentic.

The majority of such media partners and sponsors are not even aware such schemes exist.

A good award scheme must be, Performance-based, transparent, need-based, and most importantly unbiased.
