A missive sighted by Coleman Publications indicates the SRC Presidents of the 16 Colleges of Education under the University of Cape Coast (UCC) upon consultation with the Teacher Trainees’ Association of Ghana (TTAG) leadership held a meeting on Saturday, 3rd December 2022 between the leadership and the Principals of the Colleges of Education affiliated with the University of Cape Coast (UCC).
Below are the proposed resolutions:
- Level 200s should be given one week to revise which is 5th-11th December 2022 before their End of Second Semester Examination starts from 12th-23rd December 2022.
- Level 300s should write their Mid-Semester Examination (Quiz) from 19th-23rd December 2022 thus the second week of the level 200s End-of-Second Semester Examination period so that from 12th-16th December 2022 will be a revision week for level 300s.
- Level 300s Mid-Semester Examination (Quiz) should cover Units 1 and 2 only of the various courses while the End-of-Second semester Examination should cover Units 1, 2, and 3 only.
- All students should be allowed to go on vacation after 23rd December 2022, and level 300s should be invited to sit for their End of Second Semester Examinations in January, 2023 given at least a week prior notice.
However, Teacher Trainees are admonished to calm down for an official release from TTAG.
