According to them, this is not the first time such an incident has occurred, as students have been walking out of the dining hall in protest, but no action has been taken to address the matter.

The worse of it happened on 1st October, 2023 where some of the students went to take their lunch only to meet empty pots.

When asked, they were told food items are not ready and they will be served when the items are in.

Some of the students who spoke with Coleman Publications expressed their dissatisfaction with the situation.

They revealed that their grievances had been reported through the appropriate channels within the college, including the Student Representative Council (SRC) and the dining hall tutor.

Despite these efforts, no changes have been made to rectify the issue.

In addition to the repetitive meals and no meals on certain days, some students alleged that they have been served only porridge without bread for an entire year.

The students are now appealing to the college management to promptly resolve the matter and create a safe and conducive learning environment for all.
