The Leadership of the Teacher Trainees Association of Ghana (TTAG) has provided an update regarding the payment of allowances to level 400 Teacher Trainees.
In a statement released, the association acknowledged the disbursement of allowances to Level 100, 200, and 300 trainees by the Students Loan Trust Fund (SLTF), but expressed their understanding of the frustration surrounding the delayed payments for the final-year students.
The TTAG leadership explained that the delay was attributed to unforeseen technical challenges affecting the allowance data system, which have since been resolved by the SLTF technical team.
