On June 14, 2023, the Students Representative Council (SRC) of Komenda College of Education proudly launched the highly anticipated Students Portal. This launch marked a new era of convenience and efficiency for students, promising to revolutionize their academic experiences.
Esteemed guests, including the Dean of Academics, Mr. Daniel Nkum, Mr. Bohai, SRC executives, and the enthusiastic student body, gathered to witness the historic ceremony.
Unveiling the Portal
The event kicked off with Mr. Josiah Entsuah Mensah, the Academic Secretary, taking the stage to present an overview of the project. He captivated the audience by shedding light on the profile of the newly developed Students Portal, known as KOMENCO LMS (Students’ Result Portal).
The Birth of a Groundbreaking Project:
The genesis of this groundbreaking project was traced back to the International Leadership Foundation Seminar held for the SRC recently by the college, where a group of dedicated executives recognized the need for a comprehensive student portal.
Inspired by their vision, they formed a committee known as ILF Project Group 3, consisting of passionate individuals from various roles within the college community.
Enhancing the Learning Experience:
The introduction of the Students Results Portal, represents a significant milestone in the academic journey of students at the college.
It symbolizes the unwavering commitment of the SRC and its partners to enhance the overall learning experience and provide a streamlined platform for students to conveniently access their academic information.
Guided Steps for Accessing Results:
Following the introduction, Mr. Bohai guides the students through the process of accessing their results online using the Student Portal on the Komenda College website. He outlined a series of simple steps to ensure a seamless experience for the students.
- Go to the Komenda College of Education website.
- Log in to your account.
- Click on “Quick Links” from the options displayed.
- Look for “STUDENT PORTAL” and select it.
- A pop-up menu will appear from the Student Portal.
- Choose the desired exam from the list provided. The exams are categorized by level and semester.
- Provide the serial number used for the elective course. This is identified as SN for your program.
- Enter your registration number. This is your index number or reference number based on your current level.
- Select the corresponding academic year based on your current level.
- Choose from the available options: 2020/2021 for current level 300s, 2021/2022 for current level 200s, and 2022/2023 for current level 100.
