The Students Loan Trust Fund (SLTF) has kicked off an online survey aimed at improving its services to beneficiaries.

They are encouraging all client and beneficiaries to participate in the Customer Satisfaction Survey 2023 in order to provide valuable feedback that will help improve their services.

Expressing their commitment to hearing the thoughts and feedback of their clients, the SLTF emphasized the importance they attach to this exercise in improving service delivery.

They have assured that they hold stringent information security and data protection policies that govern their operations, ensuring that all data provided by beneficaries will be treated with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.

To take part in the survey, participants are only required to provide their phone number and email address.

This minimal requirement ensures that privacy is maintained while allowing individuals to have a say in shaping the future of the trust fund’s service delivery.
