Due to the rapid expansion of the education system in the country, Colleges of Education have been facing a significant infrastructure deficit.

This has resulted in a shortage of dormitory rooms, classrooms, and other facilities that are necessary for students to complete their studies.

As a result, Colleges of Education implemented a double-track system that allows them to accommodate only two sets of students on campus.

Indeed, the offering of the four-year Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) program by the colleges has increased the number of students enrolled.

However, this has further exacerbated the existing infrastructure challenges, which have made it difficult to house all the students on campus, including when they are to write their end-of-semester examinations.

The end-of-semester examination periods differ for each batch, and the affiliated Colleges of Education under the University of Education, Winneba, have released their schedules for levels 100 to 300. Below are the dates when these institutions are set to hold their end-of-first-semester examinations.
