The National Service Authority (NSA) has released PIN codes for 9,082 trained teachers from Colleges of Education across Ghana with active accreditation status.
This effort is part of the registration process for the 2025/2026 National Service Year, which aims to ensure that only eligible students participate in the National Service.
The NSA’s focus on compliance and transparency has led to the identification of Colleges of Education with active and expired accreditations.
According to the NSA, out of the 36 Colleges of Education that submitted their trained teachers details for upload, only 14 institutions currently have active accreditation with the Ghana Tertiary Education Commission (GTEC).

Trained teachers from these institutions can proceed with their National Service registration without any delays.

According to NSA, these institutions have maintained their accreditation status with GTEC, allowing their trained teachers to seamlessly proceed with the National Service registration.
The NSA has encouraged them to continue upholding their accreditation standards to ensure the smooth operations.

Registration Period
The registration period for the 2025/2026 National Service Year commenced on February 14, 2025, and will run until February 28, 2025.
The NSA has encouraged all eligible trained teachers to complete their registration within this period to avoid any further delays.
