Step 1: Retrieve Your Pincode

Step 2: Activate Your Pincode
Once you have obtained your pincode, it is important to activate it before proceeding with the online registration.
There are two methods to activate your pincode:
- MTN MOMO Activation: Follow the steps provided by MTN MOMO and make a payment of GH¢41 to complete the activation process.
- ADB Activation: Visit any ADB branch and make a payment of GH¢40 to activate your pincode.
Step 3: Complete Online Registration
After activating your PIN, you can proceed with the online registration.
This requires providing your personal information, including an active email address.

After completing the registration, you will receive a text message from NSS GHANA containing your NSS number.
Step 4: Create Personnel Dashboard
Once you have successfully registered online, it is important to create a personal dashboard.
Use your initial PIN as your password and change it to a personalized one.
The dashboard will be the platform where you can check your postings when they are released.

Step 5: Await Postings
After creating your personnel dashboard, you will need to wait for your postings.
The NSS will notify you through your dashboard when the postings are available.
Stay updated and regularly check your dashboard for any updates.
Step 6: Regional Verification and Biometric Registration
Once you have received your postings, it is important to undergo regional verification and biometric registration.
Please note that the approved ID card for registration is the Ghana Card.
