The Ghana College of Nurses and Midwives (GCNM) has released the admission forms for the 2023/2024 academic year.

The management wishes to inform the general public of this development, and the application process is open for interested candidates.

Application Fees

Aspiring Ghanaian applicants are expected to pay GH¢ 201.00, while international students must pay $138.00. The payment can be made through any of the branches of Republic Bank or via Ecobank’s Bank Collect platform. Alternatively, individuals can also pay through a MOMO Shortcode *887*9#.

How to Apply for GCNM Admission

The application process is straightforward and can be completed online. Applicants are required to follow these steps:

1. Pay the application fee in the applicant’s name at any branch of Republic Bank, Ecobank, or via MOMO Shortcode.
2. Receive an online application access code (e-voucher) from the bank.
3. Use the code to access and complete an online application form HERE
4. Attach scanned copies of the following documents: academic certificates, statement of intent (one page for associated membership applicants, two pages for membership program applicants).
5. Print out the completed online application form, attach the copies of documents in step 4, and post it by EMS to:

Application Procedure Notice

Applicants must take note of the following:

1. The online application form is correctly filled and the receipt is acknowledged upon submission.
2. Correct address and telephone numbers are provided.
3. Check regularly to know the status of your application.

Note:

1. Applicants who meet the admission requirements will be called for an interview.
2. Two recommendation letters from the applicants’ immediate supervisor and head of the facility/department will be required.
3. Successful applicants will be offered admission to their desired programs.

Deadline for Application

All applications must be submitted on or before the 31st of May 2023.
