The Skills Assessment aims to gather data that will inform staff capacity development initiatives. It is important to note that this process is not a performance evaluation but rather a tool to enhance staff capacity and support career and skills development programs.
Participants are expected to complete the Skills Assessment honestly and accurately.
The Skills Assessment Survey will run from Monday, 15th to Sunday, 21st April 2024. All staff at the GES Headquarters and Regional Offices, as well as a select group of employees from the District and School Levels, will participate in the survey.

The assessment tool used will be a 180-Degree Assessment, where employees will self-assess their skill competencies and supervisors will also provide assessments for their direct reports.
Participants will receive individual survey links via email on Monday, 15th April 2024. Supervisors will receive separate links to assess their direct reports. It is essential for participants to refer to competency definitions provided in the survey email and complete the assessment accurately.
Employees are reminded not to share their individual survey links with others, as they are specific to each participant.
