Cast me not away from your presence, and TAKE NOT YOUR HOLY SPIRIT FROM ME. Restore to me the joy of your salvation, and uphold me with a willing spirit. (Psalms 51:11-12)
The majority of us Christians don’t know the kind of covenant and dispensation we are in. We’ve forgotten we are the New creation and Goown special people whom He(God) has appointed and shown His Grace free of charge(1 Peter 2:9)!
The majority haven’t discovered this yet and as such think, see and picture everything in the Bible to be for them. Let me please tell you this today, it’s not everything that’s in the Bible that belongs to you as a new creation. O yeah! Don’t get me wrong.
This was the reason why Apostle Paul admonished Timothy TO STUDY TO SHOW HIMSELF APPROVED UNTO GOD, A WORKMAN THAT NEEDED NOT TO BE ASHAMED BUT RIGHTLY DIVIDING THE WORD OF TRUTH.-2 Timothy 2:15.
This is so clear! There must be a rightly division of the Word. Which indicate not all things in the Bible belongs to the new creation. The new creation must study to discover what belongs to them, And that’s what we called the RIGHT DIVISION OF THE WORD.
When you take the Bible, it’s made up of event including witchcrafts, homosexuals, wars and many more. Does it means we should emulate all those things? But people are doing so as new creation because they don’t know their left from right and their position and placement in Christ! This is very pathetic.
Now, let me come to what I wants to elaborate on today. There are majority who quote the opening verse in support of their argument and teachings that ” the Holy Spirit leaves people if they trespass without asking for forgiveness”.
This is very funny. In the first place, I wants you to understand that you are not an old creation to be asking for forgiveness! You are a new creation whom Jesus Christ has sacrifice Himself to wipe away your past, present and future(PPF) short comings! (With much on this I recommend this book to you, SIN IS FINISHED By Apostle Tony Asamoah ). look at the prayer that David prayed again,

Look at that! I want you to understand something here, in the Old Testament, we were having the anointing or the Spirit upon and not within. The spirit comes to help men accomplish certain task and after the task, the spirit is gone, so God taking away His spirit from men In those day was very common.
That’s why you could hear in the scriptures saying, And the spirit of God left Saul and an evil spirit torment Him( 1 Samuel 15). Why should the Spirit leave him, because that was the era they were in. O yeah. The spirit was upon not within! But the table turned In our generation. We are having the spirit within.
The Holy Spirit is in the inside of us. O yeah! It’s in you! And Jesus promised us this Spirit will remain with us forever not for a short duration! The spirit will never leave nor forsake us which means whether I live in evil works or not( which is not possible). Ha! This is wonderful. Look at it here,
And I will pray the Father, and HE WILL GIVE YOU ANOTHER HELPER, THAT HE MAY ABIDE WITH YOU FOREVER, John 14:16
Look at that! Did Jesus said, the helper will abide with us for sometimes? If your answer is an award winning No, then you see the prayer of David is of no value in our generation? Let’s delve deeper tomorrow
