The Teacher Trainees’ Association of Ghana (TTAG) President, H.E Soale Razak, has called on trainees in the Forty-Six (46) Public Colleges of Education to develop a keen interest in the activities and progress of the association.

He emphasized that TTAG’s strength lies in the unity and solidarity among its members.

H.E. Razak made these statements during his inaugural address as the newly inducted President of the association on May 18th, 2023, at Accra College of Education, Accra.

Let me seize this opportunity to admonish the entire membership of TTAG to develop a keen interest in the activities and progress of the association,” he declared.

He further emphasized that while their affiliations and other factors may vary, the unifying forces that bind them should far outweigh those that divide them.

Although our affiliation and other factors may differ, I want to re-echo that the forces that unite us are greater than those that divide us,” he asserted.

Recognizing the critical role of teacher trainees in shaping the future of education in Ghana, the President affirmed that his administration will prioritize initiatives aimed at enhancing professional development, advocating for members’ welfare, and fostering collaboration with relevant stakeholders to improve the quality of teacher training in the country.

H.E. Razak concluded by promising to build on the foundation laid by his predecessors and to work diligently to address the needs and concerns of teacher trainees.

“Together with my team, we shall design a roadmap to ensure timely and effective implementation of projects and initiatives,” he emphasized.
