Macro Teaching is a mandatory simulated teaching encounter designed to provide teacher trainees with a realistic but simplified classroom experience.
It involves trainees preparing and teaching lessons, allowing them to practice the specific teaching skills(pedagogy) they have been taught as well as receive focused feedback from their mentors and supervisors.
As a cornerstone of the teacher training programs, participation in macro teaching is a required experience for all aspiring teachers.
