The National Service Authority (NSA) has officially announced that it is now accepting requests from various User Agencies to host National Service Personnel (NSP) for the 2025/2026 service year.
This invitation extends to all public and private sector organizations, including Metropolitan, Municipal, and District Assemblies (MMDAs), Ministries, Departments, and Agencies (MDAs), Educational Institutions, Hospitals, Security Agencies, and other interested entities.
The NSA views the deployment of NSP as a strategic opportunity for User Agencies to address human resource challenges and bolster their operational capacity.
According to the NSA, this year’s postings will be primarily private-sector driven. As such, private organizations are being urged to submit their requests promptly to secure highly skilled and qualified personnel.
Agencies are expected to specify their needs in terms of personnel numbers and the requisite academic or professional qualifications when making their submissions.
How to Submit Your Request
Requests should be submitted via the Flair platform at https://www.myflair.africa/ or through email at support@nss.gov.gh
Submissions must be made on official letterhead and include the organization’s official address, contact details, and location.
Agencies with special placement needs are encouraged to contact the NSA Secretariat for further discussions and arrangements.
