The National Service Personnel Association (NASPA) has issued an important update regarding the payment of February allowances for all national service personnel.
According to a recent communique released by NASPA, there will be a deduction of GH₵100 from the February allowance.
This deduction, according to NASPA, is intended to cover the cost of the “National Service Cloth” that was distributed to national service personnel across the country.

However, it should be noted that those who have already made payment will not face this deduction.
In addition, national service personnel who have enrolled in the SIC insurance scheme will also see deductions for four months of unpaid contributions.
These deductions are in line with the contractual obligations of the insurance scheme.
NASPA has assured all personnel that any further information will be communicated as needed.
The communique was signed by Andy Amuaku, the National President of NASPA, who expressed appreciation for the cooperation of all national service personnel.
