The National Service Authority (NSA) has announced the deployment of 13,700 trained teachers from accredited Teacher Training Colleges to various educational institutions across the country for the 2025/2026 National Service.
In a statement issued on March 26, 2025, the NSA encouraged all deployed service personnel to log onto its official website at https://www.nss.gov.gh/ to check their placements and print their appointment letters.
These letters must be endorsed by their designated User Agencies. The service is set to commence on April 2, 2025.
Additionally, regional validation processes at NSA Regional Centres nationwide begin on March 26, 2025, and are expected to conclude by April 11, 2025. This process ensures that service personnel are duly registered and ready to serve.
The NSA reiterated the mandatory nature of the National Service under the National Service Authority (Act 1119) 2024.
“Every Ghanaian citizen aged eighteen or above, having completed an accredited tertiary institution, is mandated to undertake national service to the State.”

Best wishes were extended to all service personnel, with the NSA urging them to “serve well” during this critical national exercise
