The Youth Employment Agency (YEA), led by CEO Malik Basintale, has signed a one-year Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with G4S Security Services, aiming to recruit 6,000 Ghanaians into the security sector.

Applications are now being accepted via the official YEA portal, https://apply.yea.gov.gh/, starting March 17th, 2025.

This partnership is part of the YEA’s broader strategy to collaborate with private industries, creating job opportunities and expanding employment prospects for young Ghanaians beyond the public sector.

CEO Malik Basintale has emphasized the agency’s commitment to providing valuable services to the public, operating on a non-profit basis.

How to Apply:

•  Create an Account: Visit https://apply.yea.gov.gh/ and create a user account.

•  Select Job Category: Browse the available job categories and select those of interest.

•  Create a Profile: Upload your CV and any relevant supporting documents.

•  Review Job Details: Carefully review the requirements and other pertinent information for each position.

Salaries for the positions range from GH₵ 1,000 to GH₵2,500, depending on the specific role and work location.

CEO Basintale has highlighted the YEA’s dedication to disseminating available job openings to the public.

He noted the overwhelming positive response to recent job postings, despite some discouragement surrounding certain types of employment.
