Trainees who just completed Colleges of Education affiliated to the University of Education, Winneba (UEW) and continuing students are urged to take note of this important information regarding their transcript.
According to information received, which has been communicated from ITECPD to the various Assessment Officers in the affiliated colleges, collegians affiliated to the University will be required to undergo a transcript verification exercise at their respective mother campuses (the college they attended).
The verification process will include confirming the correct spelling and arrangement of names as per the admission letter, verifying the number of courses taken, confirming grades, and other relevant details.

The transcript verification will be conducted in batches, commencing from early next week or as communicated by the assessment officer.
The University anticipates that graduation for affiliated colleges will begin this month upon completion of the verification exercise.

According to ITECPD, all outstanding results will be published, and the schedule for the last Re-Sit Examination will be provided to facilitate the graduation process.
It is emphasized that all students must be physically present on campus to undergo the verification exercise when called upon.

Failure to participate in the verification process will result in the system’s accuracy being considered final.
