We are in a generation where many things are happening especially when it comes to the youths…
The desire to get rich quicker and the zeal to make it within the shortest possible time is very alarming.
The pathetic aspect of it is, in the midst of our rush we miss it and mess up…
I want you to understand this, the earth we have found ourselves is framed with Principles and untill we adhere to the principles of the land, there’s no way we can become Principals of it…
Look at what’s written in the HOLY BOOK.. And that’s what I want to elaborate on this morning to quench some desires in some of us to quick riches…
Ecc 3:2 NIV says, a time to be born and a time to die, a time to plant and a time to uproot,
Ecc 3:2NKJV, A time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up [that which is] planted;
1. A TIME TO PLANT
Take note of the bolded text…
2. A TIME TO UPROOT
Now, understand this, planting comes before harvesting… Which sound to reasoning that, until you plant, don’t expect harvest …
Those into agriculture Will tell us what it means to plant…Planting requires alot… Before you plant, you must get a land, clear the land, burn it if possible, dress it and then you plant.. What the Bible is talking about is not the normal planting, The Scripture is Talking about life…It’s Talking about you and I our lives
We must plant our lives… There are many who think making it in life is just a mere thing… You must plant! You must labour hard! You must hustle! you must struggle! You must be determined to make it! Good life doesn’t come on a silver platter, it comes through strife and hustling!
Most of us desires to be like Despite, Dangote and the rest, but the question is, our we ready to plant the seed they planted and the struggles they went through? …
Some of us because of “girls- girls” we feel shy to delve into works and labour’s that will put as at a higher heights tomorrow.
Don’t desire for the fame and the successes of those influential men, seek for their stories…
LIFE IS NOT A JOKE.
And there’s nothing like short cuts in life unless you wish to be cut short…
WHAT ARE YOU PLANTING NOW..? Remember this,
Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap. Gal 6:7.
There are some ladies they desire to be in The position of some married women based on the happiness they see in such women, but the question is, CAN YOU PLANT THE SEED THEY SOWED TO GET TO WHERE THEY ARE NOW!! LIFE IS NOT A JOKE..
GOOD LIFE IS FOR THOSE WHO ARE EVER READY TO HAVE IT…
We as youths are in our planting seasons, this is the time we need to plant! this is the time we need to humble ourselves and learn! . This is the time we need to hustle through knowing perfectly well that God dey our back… This is not the time for joke for LIFE IS NOT A JOKE..
Most of us are planting fornication and we think we can get a better home tomorrow? It’s a lie.. You are having more than 1 girlfriend and you think you can have a better marriage tomorrow? You are a liar…When you marry, that lady alone won’t satisfy you…
You are having more than one boyfriend and you are glad that you are the best lady…let me tell you, you are not the best lady.. You are rather the beast lady.. What you are planting today will have a negative harvest tomorrow…
Let’s take our season of planting VERY SERIOUSLY…No wonder Paul said…
Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things [are] honest, whatsoever things [are] just, whatsoever things [are] pure, whatsoever things [are] lovely, whatsoever things [are] of good report; if [there be] any virtue, and if [there be] any praise, think on these things. Phi 4:8
Look at that! Paul is admonishing us on the planting season… Things we should look out for and things we should cling to..
I will end here, BUT REMEMBER, THIS IS YOUR SEASON OF PLANTING…Let’s plant well so we can reap it well…
