The Methodist Bishop for the Cape Coast Diocese, Rt. Reverend Richard Aboagye Andam has admonished students across the country to stop unnecessary spending and invest in their future.

Speaking at a farm implement dedication service held by Komenda College of Education on August 4, Rt. Reverend Aboagye Andam stated that;

“Life doesn’t commence after college or University, life starts the moment one is born, hence the necessity to make good use of every little resource you have now as a student to better your tomorrow”

“Do not be sluggish and expect a better future. Plan for it today by quitting unnecessary spending. The little money you have, invest it in your future”, he opined.

In juxtaposition, the Bishop urged students to venture into business and farming if they can. Adding that having many streams of earnings is the only way to alleviate poverty and hardship.

He also used the opportunity to applaud the Management of Komenda College of Education for their unflinching support and love for agriculture in the college.
