The National Service Authority (NSA) has officially released postings for 106,223 national service personnel for the 2024/2025 service year.
In a press statement dated September 6, 2024, the NSA revealed that the 106,223 personnel comprised the 2024 graduating class of Ghanaian universities, graduates from accredited universities abroad, defaulters, and private applicants who had registered for national service.
The National Service Authority added that a subsequent mop-up exercise would be conducted for any remaining unassigned personnel.

Steps for Registrations
All deployed service personnel are required to follow a simple, four-step validation and registration process:
Step 1: Check Placement – Visit the NSA website at https://www.nss.gov.gh/ to check your assigned posting.
Step 2: Print Appointment Letter – Print your appointment letter and proceed to your assigned posting location for endorsement.

Step 3: Book Appointment for Registration – After obtaining endorsement, book an appointment online for your registration date and time.
Step 4: Complete Registration – Proceed to your designated Regional Validation and Registration Centre with your endorsed appointment letter and valid Ghana Card to finalize the registration process.

Regional validation and registration centers will open on Thursday, September 12, 2024, and close on Monday, September 30, 2024.
The 2024/2025 National Service officially begins on Tuesday, October 1, 2024.
The NSA also reminded all deployed personnel that reposting is not allowed and encouraged everyone to embrace their postings as an opportunity to contribute significantly to national development.
