The Ghana Police Service has announced that the 2024 Police Recruitment Exercise has progressed to the next stage, with successful candidates being invited for medical examinations.
In a press release issued on November 5, 2024 (Ref: PAD/PRESS/VOL.4/1/124), the Police Service stated that successful candidates have been notified via SMS messages and will be required to undergo medical examinations from Thursday, November 7, to Friday, November 8, 2024, in Accra.
Designated Medical Examination Locations:
• Police Church premises, near 37 Military Hospital
• Police Church premises, Odorkor
• Police Interdenominational Church premises, Police Depot, Tesano
• Formed Police Unit (FPU) Headquarters, Police Depot, Tesano
• Detective Training School, Police Depot, Tesano
• Police Academy, Police Depot, Tesano
The Police Service emphasized that the cost of the medical examination is GH¢980.00, and any other payments demanded from candidates are fraudulent and should be reported to the Police.
They also warned unsuccessful candidates against paying any person who claims to be able to assist them in the recruitment process.
Unsuccessful candidates have also been informed accordingly and are encouraged to try again in future recruitment exercises.
