The Ministry of the Interior has issued a press release clarifying that Friday, November 8th, 2024, will NOT be a public holiday, despite the observation of the 2024 National Farmers’ Day on that date.
The ministry stated that the statutory public holiday for Farmers’ Day remains Friday, December 6th, 2024, which will be observed nationwide.
The press release, signed by Henry Quartey (MP), the Minister for the Interior, aims to provide clarity on the holiday schedule for the upcoming events.
