Komenda College of Education tours “Logos Hope” at Tema Port

“Logos Hope” is the World’s Largest Floating Book fair. It is a Christian Vessel that carries Books on board for both adults and children and also teaches and impacts the morals and values of Christianity to deepen the spiritual lives of born-again Christians.

Their overall aim for their missions around the Globe is to share knowledge and offer hope to the world.

Students of Komenda College of Education

The Ship this year is berthing at the Tema Port from January 21 through to February 27, 2022.

Having been given an invitation earlier on to come and explore the varieties of books and other literature on board, The Management, including the Acting Vice Principal Theophlius Kweku Bassaw, The college Secretary-Madam Constance Afriyie, the Quality Assurance Officer – Mr Prince Mark Kwamena Eghan, Dean of Students’ Affairs, Madam Sophia Efua Cobbinah, The college Chaplain-Reverend Wilson Kortey Kotei, and other Lecturers together with Twenty-five(25) learners of Komenda College of Education On 3rd February, 2022 made the trip to the Tema Port. These learners were given free meals as well as free transportation.

Inside Logos Hope, Learners, Lecturers and Management Members selected and purchased books related to their areas of specifications. The School Librarian per directives by Management also procured Books to stock the college Library…

It was really an amazing experience as Learners and tutors had the opportunity to interact with the missionaries about their Journeys so far…
