The Management of Komenda College of Education has disclosed a refund of the feeding component for Level 400 students for the first semester of the 2023/2024 academic year.
According to a notice sighted by Coleman Publication, this decision follows a careful analysis of the students’ situation, as they were on out-program during the first semester and, therefore, were not fully provided with meals by the college.
According to the management, students will be credited with GHC727.00, reflecting a total of 96 days of missed meals at a rate of ‘GHS 6.50 & GHS 8.50′ per day.

The college also factored in the cost of feeding during the 2-day orientation period for Level 400 students at a rate of GHC 10 per day, resulting in an additional GHC 20.00.

The college highlighted that this refund will reduce the outstanding fees for the final year students for the current academic year.
