Categories and Qualifications:
• Associate Professor/Senior Lecturer: PhD in a relevant subject area, position of Associate Professor or Senior Lecturer at a recognized institution, strong research profile.
• Lecturer: PhD in a relevant subject area, post-qualification experience as a Lecturer.
• Assistant Lecturers: M.Phil or thesis-based Master’s degree in a relevant subject area, enrollment in a PhD program at an advanced stage.

Positions and Qualifications:
• Assistant Guidance and Counseling Officer: Master’s degree in a relevant field, six years post-qualification experience.
• Head of Educational Development Centre (EDC): Research Master’s degree, six years post-qualification experience in teaching, relevant professional qualification.
